No. RoboTwin & RoboTeach are 100% CAD-free. Your craftsman physically demonstrates the process on the actual part. We generate the code based on spatial movement, allowing you to completely bypass complex 3D simulation software. However, all generated code remains fully compatible with standard robot simulation software for final process validation if needed.

It does not. The programming happens anywhere. Your craftsman can record trajectories at a manual booth while the robot continues processing the previous batch. This entirely eliminates costly production downtime.

Yes. RoboTwin is completely robot brand agnostic. We are fully compatible with major robot OEMs right out of the box, and we actively work with major brands like ABB and FANUC. You do not need to replace your good old robot; you are simply upgrading its capabilities to make it profitable for small batches.

Your manual workers already know the physical process. We just give them the tool to record it. There is no CAD needed and absolutely no robot programming expertise required.
