RoboTeach for grinding was tested directly in the production of COLORprofi for six months to simplify their setup process.
- No-code robot programming
The RoboTwin system tracked the human motion, translating the craft directly to the FANUC M-710iC 45M robot using an eccentric sander tool by Mirka® AIROS 650CV.
- Rapid trajectory generation
Instead of manual progamming, the operator demonstrates the movement. The length of the generated program for the 1.4 x 1.07 m product was 10 minutes, completely bypassing traditional robot programming bottlenecks.
