REAL WORLD SUCCESS STORIES

Proven on the factory floor

„RoboTwin is easy to setup. We had our system up and running in about an hour and the support is really good as well. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. I’d recommend RoboTeach to any company or enterprise that’s looking to add a various level of flexibility to their programming.“

“ Our goal with ArtiCoating is to make robotic painting accessible to any user. By integrating RoboTwin’s technology, a painter can teach a trajectory, and, within five minutes, the program is automatically generated and pushed directly to the cobot’s panel. It creates a simple, intuitive, and complete end-to-end solution.“

FAQ

Everything you might ask about easy robot programming and production automation.

No. RoboTwin & RoboTeach are 100% CAD-free. Your painter physically demonstrates the process on the actual part. We generate the code based on spatial movement, allowing you to completely bypass complex 3D simulation software. However, all generated code remains fully compatible with standard Robot Simulation Software for final process validation if needed.

It does not. The programming happens offline. Your painter records the trajectory in a manual panting booth while the robot continues coating the previous batch. This entirely eliminates costly production downtime.

Yes. We offer a fully ATEX-certified version of RoboTwin designed explicitly for explosive and hazardous paint shop environments including Zone 21 and Zone 22.
