We are a successful robotics startup on a mission to change the way industrial automation works. Now we’re opening German market – and we’re looking for a Robotics Application Engineer who wants to be at the beginning of something big.

Are you passionate about robotics and industrial automation? At RoboTwin, we are building smart tools for teaching robots and expanding our presence in Germany and we want you on our team!

Your Mission

You will bring cutting-edge robot teaching tools to real manufacturing floors and take full ownership of our deployments in the region.

What does that mean in practice?

  • Integrate our products into industrial manufacturing productions 
  • Visit real shop floors and help customers get started with easy robot teaching 
  • Support and educate customers both on-site and remotely 
  • Ensure smooth product demos at customer visits, trade fairs, and exhibitions 
  • Collect structured feedback from users and contribute to product improvement  
  • Act as a bridge between customers, sales, and development teams

Who We’re Looking For 

  • Experience in robotics, industrial automation, or manufacturing technologies (coating, grinding, welding…).
  • Hands-on experience with industrial robots (e.g., KUKA, ABB, Fanuc or similar)
  • We are looking for both motivated juniors as well as experienced experts
  • Willingness to travel within DACH region (approx. 40–60%)
  • Problem-solving mindset and passion for meeting people 
  • Fluency in German and English language
