Your Mission
You will lead our expansion into Germany and take full ownership of commercial success in the region.
What does that mean in practice?
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Germany
- Establish our brand and grow a strong customer base
- Build partnerships with robot OEMs, system integrators, and end customers
- Drive adoption of our innovative robotics solution
- Deliver on-site product demonstrations with industrial robots
- Actively collect market feedback and help shape product development
- Represent RoboTwin and become the face of our company in Germany

Who We’re Looking For
- Ideally at least 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, industrial or technical products
- An entrepreneurial mindset – you think in opportunities, not obstacles
- Passion for disruptive technologies and building the next big thing
- Willingness to travel within DACH (approx. 40 – 60% time)
- Background in robotics or industrial manufacturing, ideally experience in painting, powder coating, or surface treatment technologies
- Fluency in German and English language
