Your Mission

You will lead our expansion into Germany and take full ownership of commercial success in the region.

What does that mean in practice?

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Germany 
  • Establish our brand and grow a strong customer base 
  • Build partnerships with robot OEMs, system integrators, and end customers 
  • Drive adoption of our innovative robotics solution 
  • Deliver on-site product demonstrations with industrial robots 
  • Actively collect market feedback and help shape product development 
  • Represent RoboTwin and become the face of our company in Germany

Who We’re Looking For 

  • Ideally at least 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, industrial or technical products 
  • An entrepreneurial mindset – you think in opportunities, not obstacles
  • Passion for disruptive technologies and building the next big thing 
  • Willingness to travel within DACH (approx. 40 – 60% time)
  • Background in robotics or industrial manufacturing, ideally experience in painting, powder coating, or surface treatment technologies 
  • Fluency in German and English language
